Most Content Is Now Irrelevant

Hi everyone,
How was your week?
It’s been a busy stretch on our end with the rebrand. A lot of moving pieces are finally coming together.
But even in the middle of all that, I’m still in conversations every day.
And I keep hearing the same thing.
A pattern I can’t ignore.
Everyone Is Drowning
Not in work.
In content.
Not because they don’t know what to do… but because everyone else is doing it too.
That’s the shift no one saw coming.
AI didn’t just make content easier. It made most content irrelevant.
What was supposed to save time turned into an arms race.
Now everyone has the same tools. Everyone can publish daily. Everyone sounds… the same.
More content. Less signal. More noise. Less authority.
The barrier to entry collapsed.
And with it, the value of content itself.
The Real Problem
Content used to be an advantage.
Now it’s an arms race.
And when everyone can produce it…
It stops mattering.
That’s the uncomfortable truth:
Content is no longer the differentiator.
YOUR VOICE IS.
Your experience. Your perspective. Your way of seeing things others don’t.
That’s what cuts through.
And that’s exactly what’s getting lost.
Where Most People Go Wrong
I see the same three approaches over and over.
Different paths.
Same outcome.
1. Do It Yourself
You’re not just writing anymore.
You’re managing a content machine.
Topics. Formats. Hooks. Timing.
You open AI. You generate. You tweak.
You rewrite it to sound like you.
You post.
And it disappears.
Because effort isn’t the problem.
Relevance is.
2. Hire a VA or Social Media Manager
Now the system runs.
Posts go out consistently. Everything looks organized.
You’re no longer thinking about content every day.
But something feels off.
Because the person creating it…
Isn’t you.
They don’t have your judgment. Your experience. Your point of view.
So, the content is fine.
But forgettable.
It fills the feed.
It doesn’t build authority.
3. Use AI at Scale
This is where most people end up.
Fast. Efficient. Endless output.
You can create a week of content in an hour.
Post after post goes live.
Then you scroll…
And see the same structure. Same tone. Same ideas.
Everyone is using the same playbook.
AI didn’t just scale content.
It flattened it.
Where All Three Paths Lead
More content.
Less impact.
More effort.
Less return.
And a growing realization:
You’re doing everything right…
And it’s still not working.
There’s Only One Way Out
You stop trying to create content.
And start extracting thinking.
What This Looks Like
You get on a call with me.
30 to 60 minutes.
No prep. No writing. No trying to sound right.
Just a conversation.
I ask you direct questions like:
What do you believe that most people in your industry get wrong?
What patterns do you see that others are missing?
What have you learned the hard way?
You answer the way you normally would.
Straight. Unfiltered. Real.
That conversation is recorded.
From there:
Your exact words are turned into content
Your tone and phrasing are preserved
Your ideas are structured into posts
Nothing is invented. Nothing is generic.
It’s you.
You review everything before it goes live.
That’s the process.
Why This Works
Because you’re not competing on content.
You’re competing on clarity.
And clarity can’t be automated.
The Shift
Most systems extract your time.
This extracts your thinking.
And gives your time back.
While others are producing content…
You’re building a signal.
The Only Asset That Matters Now
AI did exactly what it promised.
It made content creation accessible to everyone.
And in doing so…
It made most content irrelevant.
So the next shift isn’t about creating more.
It’s about amplifying what only you can say.
Without sacrificing your time. Without losing your voice.
Final Thought
In a world where content is everywhere…
Being clear is everything.
If this resonates, I’m opening up a few conversations to walk through how this works and whether it fits what you’re building.
Reply “interested” or send me a message.
Warmly,
Jan
