Hi everyone, how’s your week?

Ours has been hectic.

In the best possible way.

This is our 100th newsletter. That alone feels significant. One hundred weeks of sharing what we’re building and how we think about influence.

It feels right that this milestone comes with an evolution.

Because we are evolving.

And we’re excited about it.

From BoundUnbound Media to Digital Content Creators to ContentKitchen

We began as BoundUnbound Media.

The mission was clear. Help independent authors publish professionally without giving away ownership. Raise the standard. Protect intellectual property. Do it right.

As the landscape shifted, so did we.

A book was still powerful. But it was no longer enough on its own.

So, we became Digital Content Creators.

Because our clients needed more than publishing. They needed digital learning. They needed structured content. They needed systems that extended their authority beyond the printed page.

So, we built them.

Books became courses. Courses became learning ecosystems. Content became strategic.

And over time, something became undeniable.

When ideas are created in isolation, they fade. When they are structured intentionally, they compound.

That realization brings us to the next chapter.

Introducing ContentKitchen: The Company

You’re going to start seeing a new name more frequently.

ContentKitchen. It started as the name of our newsletter, and it then became who we are.

This is not cosmetic. It is alignment.

For years, we’ve been building connected systems around ideas. Developing them. Structuring them, refining them, and expanding them into assets that work together.

The name now reflects the system.

The kitchen is where ingredients transform.

That’s what we do with ideas.

And it feels good to say it clearly.

Why It Feels Hectic

Because it is.

We’re not just changing our name.

We’re tightening infrastructure and expanding capabilities. Building new layers around what already works.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll start to see it unfold.

We’re starting with the name.

Then you’ll see something we’ve been quietly developing.

A new portal.

Not just a new interface. A better way to experience your projects. Clearer visibility. Smoother collaboration. A more connected workflow.

We’ve been rethinking how progress is tracked. How communication flows. How clients stay aligned.

And that’s just one piece.

You’ll also notice a new rhythm in how we communicate.

Subtle at first. Then more defined.

A more intentional system behind how information moves. How updates are shared. How we stay connected.

We’ve added new members to the team. Builders. Operators. Strategists. People who expand what we’re capable of delivering.

There are new services being developed. Extensions of what we already do, and some entirely new entry points.

We’re not unveiling everything at once.

But the momentum is real.

The Direction Is Clear

We are not interested in producing more content just to say we can.

We are interested in building influence that compounds.

A book that leads somewhere. A course that deepens authority. A content system that reinforces both.

Assets that support one another rather than compete for attention.

The world does not need more scattered content. Or digital dust.

It needs structured intellectual property.

That is what ContentKitchen represents.

100 Newsletters Later

Reaching 100 newsletters is not about volume.

It is about consistency. Dedication. Discipline.

Influence is not built in bursts. It is built over time.

So, it feels right that this milestone marks the beginning of the ContentKitchen chapter.

We’re evolving.

We’re energized.

Yes, it’s hectic.

And that’s a good sign.

More very soon.

Warmly,

Jan
